Membership

The Walla Walla Country Club golf course is a classic “old style” course…built in 1923 with small greens, tree lined fairways and wall-to-wall lush green grass! The left side of the green on the short par five tenth hole is closely guarded by a lake while a meandering creek comes into play on eight holes. While there are only four fairway bunkers, many golfers swear there are more than twenty-six bunkers framing the greens. Driving the ball in the fairway and keeping it underneath the hole on the greens will normally reward the golfer with a good score!

Membership Inquiry Form

Regular Golf Membership

Regular Members of the Club shall consist of adult men and women who are owners of one share of capital stock of the Club, and who pay the resident membership initiation fee, capital assessments, and monthly dues required by the Club. A Regular Member’s spouse/partner and any children of a Regular Member under age 21 and living at home with the Regular Member, or under age 26 regularly attending an educational institution, can enjoy all Club privileges subject to established rules. Membership includes unlimited golf range balls and use of power carts.

Special Golf Membership

Special Members of the Club shall consist of adult men and women under the age of 36 who pay one-half the Regular Golf Member initiation fee, one-half monthly dues, and one-half any assessments required of Regular Members. Family privileges for Special Members shall be the same as those for Regular Members. In the event a Special Member marries a person that is 36 years or older, then neither qualifies to be a Special Member. Special Membership also includes unlimited golf range balls and use of power carts.

Social Membership

Social Members shall consist of adult men and women who have full Club privileges, but are limited to three (3) rounds of 18 –hole or six(6) 9– hole rounds per year. If a Social Member wishes to transfer to a Regular Golf Membership, they must pay the difference between the Social and Regular Membership initiation fee at the time they transfer to a Regular Membership. Social Membership also includes unlimited golf range balls and use of power carts.

Non-Resident Golf & Court Membership

Non-Resident Golf & Court Membership is defined as a person who maintains a permanent place of residence more than one hundred (100) miles from Walla Walla’s main U.S. Post Office, and who neither owns nor rents a residence within the one hundred (100) miles in which they reside for more than 30 accumulated days in any given year. Non-Resident Golf & Court Members are limited to 15 non-tournament rounds of golf per year. This membership category includes unlimited golf range balls and the use of power carts, but does not have a monthly food minimum.

Non-Resident, Non-Golf and Non-Court Social Membership

This membership is limited to adult men and women residing more than forty (40) miles from Walla Walla’s main U.S. Post Office, and are not permitted to play golf or court sports.
